The man, 46 year old is believed to have been under the influence of drugs and he is held in custody at Silang Cavite Municipal Police Station, south of Manila. Officers have stated that various drugs are seized from the suspect when he was arrested last week. He is charged for breaching the Animal Welfare Act. However the cow is taken for the medical treatment and for verifying the claims. But the farmer has accused the man for raping his cow. In addition to that, the man is also claimed to rape several of animals as claimed by the farmer, Sarno. Thus the video has shown the man who is alleged for raping a cow under the influence of drugs.
