In Gaijatra program especially the artists shoots satire to the politicians through their humorous parody. On this occasion the government gives holiday in Kathmandu valley. The noted comedy artists presented in the program include Sitaram Kattel ‘Dhurmus’, Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula.Gai Jata is the festival of cow which means ‘gai & festival’ which is especially celebrated by Newar community in Nepal. This festival commemorates the de@th of people during the year.In this year Gaijatra-2072 the team of popular television show Meri Bassai & jire Khursani organized “Tite Meri Basai Jire Gaijatra” a program at Pragya Bhawan in the Kathmandu from yesterday . Like earlier year this year also the Nepali television artists, singers, cine artists, comedian artists etc gave full entertainment through their performance in the stage.
