With the rapid development of Information Technology, mobile phone has become a very close friend of a common person. Mobile phone has already become the part of our daily life style. There is no other option better as a mobile for rapid contact. But the continuous use of mobile is increasing many problems related to health. So while using mobile phones, some precautions should be kept in mind so that problems can be prevented. Some problems and the methods to prevent the problems caused by using mobile are listed below: Eye Problem: Your smartphone opens apps like Whatsapp, Facebook etc. in a second and you can do what you want. But do you know? The smartphone which allows you to see what you want in just a second slowly robs your eyesight. Eye gets pressured when we try to focus on the small screen of the smartphone. Which results in problems like blurry vision, teary eyes, headache, redness of eye. So to prevent these problems, try to maintain distance between your eyes and the screen of phone or do not use phone by keeping it close to eyes. Instead of continuously staring at your phone, take a break, look away from phone and close your eyes. Rub your palm and place them over the closed eyes. This relaxes eyes. Problem of neck and back: It might be a good topic to chat and message through smart phone for long time. But this results in long term effect to the body. Chatting, messaging and doing other things on the phone by bending the body can result in problem of neck and back ache. At first it causes neck ache and it slowly moves to back. r head on one side. Doing this act for a long time can cause in neck ache. So, neck should be kept straight while using phone. If you are driving or your hands are busy, try not to make a call not to receive a call. If it is urgent then use headphones. And try not to chat or message by bending body for a long period of time.
